Foundation Inns PLC
The company was formed in January 2007 and raised £5.64m of equity via the Enterprise investment Scheme between March and July 2007
Currently we own six sites spread throughout the South of England. Our first site, The Noble Vine, was acquired in October 2007 located in Walton-on-Thames and re-opened after a major refurbishment in March 2008. The other sites are located in Lincoln, Chelmsford, Melksham, Abingdon and Walthamstow Village and were all acquired in a packaged deal. Following planned refurbishments of these sites, we feel these sites offer a tremendous opportunity to increase sales and profit performance and it is envisaged our developments will be finalised early in 2009.

- Create a culture of recognising and rewarding performance
Our financial objectives are:-
- To create value for investors and to enhance returns through the generous tax breaks of the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)
- To provide an exit for shareholders by way of either an AIM-listing, re-financing or a trade sale
