The company was formed in January 2007 and raised £5.64m of equity via the Enterprise investment Scheme between March and July 2007
Currently we own five sites spread throughout the South of England. Our first site, The Noble Vine, was acquired in October 2007 located in Walton-on-Thames and re-opened after a major refurbishment in March 2008. The other sites are located in Chelmsford, Melksham, Abingdon and Walthamstow Village and were all acquired in a packaged deal.
In 2010 the company was voted Best New Pub Company by the Morning Advertiser 250 multiple pub group operator forum.
Our goals are :-
- To develop and manage a group of freehold / long leasehold pubs with high potential for growth
- Create a company that is considered the best independant operator of suburban pubs in the respective area with a reputation for standards, service and choice of the highest quality
- Attract, retain and develop the best management and staff
- Create a culture of recognising and rewarding performance
- To create value for investors and to enhance returns through the generous tax breaks of the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)
- To provide an exit for shareholders by way of either an AIM-listing, re-financing or a trade sale at the appropriate time
