Trading area will be clearly zoned, allowing for both relaxed dining and drinking experience
Through variety in furniture and décor we will create an individual feel to our pub, differentiating it from formatted sites run by the major pub companies
The Concept: 
The sales mix in our sites is aimed at representing a good balance with approximately 30% of all sales being food.
Food is a core part of the offering, as we believe that there is an opportunity in the market for offering food at a price point pitched between the ‘value dining’ and the ‘gastro’ pubs markets.
- Custmers will see a good range of choice on our menu's and each menu will feature healthly options and organic and locally sourced product.
Our drink range epitomises the quality that we aim to introduce throughout and will include locally brewed cask conditrioned ales where relevant to the offer but also a wide range of other produts as we are not tied to any one brewery.
The environment that we create in each pub is important in order to appeal to all age groups and you will receive a warm friendly welcome from our staff.
