For future acquisitions our geographic focus will be South Midlands and the South of England. We will be looking to invest in key residential areas of smaller cities and wealthy suburbs with a strong demographic profile such as Twickenham, Richmond, Oxford, Bristol, Bath, Warwick, Winchester, Canterbury 

It is envisaged that sites will typically have  2,000 - 2,500 square feet for trading space plus an outside trading area
